Terms and Conditions

Agreement

This agreement is between you (Buyer) and K-SYSTEMS BALTIC OÜ (Seller). By placing an order for Goods from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Seller guarantees that the Goods sold by him belong to him on the property right, are not pledged, are not under arrest, and are free from the rights of third parties.

Price of the goods

The prices of the Goods are as set out on our website.
Unless stated otherwise, we must follow the prices provided in our offers, which remain binding for 7 days from the date of the quotation.
The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the prices specified on our website.
The Buyer is responsible for covering the costs related to freight and packing, which will be shown separately on the invoice.
Our prices do not include Value Added Tax.

Order for purchase, invoice, and payment

The purchase of the Goods is made based on the Buyer’s Order.
The Buyer pays the Price for the Goods based on the Invoice provided by the Seller.
Delivery and issuance of the Goods are made on the terms of 100% prepayment.
The payment term is specified in the Invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse your Order for any reason.
If we refuse your Order, we will notify you by email and refund your Payment as soon as possible.

Delivery

We will deliver the Goods to the address you specify in your Order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted, and in any event within 30 days of your order.
Ownership of the Goods shall pass from the Seller to the Buyer upon transfer of the Goods.
The Buyer is obliged to inspect the Goods before accepting them. If defects are found or if the Goods significantly differ from the conditions agreed upon, the Buyer has the right to refuse to accept the Goods.
In case of discrepancy in quantity, name of the Goods, or completeness of the Goods, the Buyer shall send a written claim to the Seller within 3 (three) working days from the date of receiving the Goods.

Liability

We will not be liable for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered to you.

Warranties

All products sold by us are covered by a warranty according to the Estonian law.

Entire agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the prices, delivery details, contact details, and privacy policy on our website, constitute the entire agreement between us.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with Estonian law.

Even if the Buyer’s registered office is abroad the law of Estonia to the exclusion of the international Trade Law applies.

Changes of Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

Industrial property rights and intellectual property rights

The Buyer is informed that patents for inventions, utility models, and trademarks under which the Goods are sold, as well as marketing materials, photographs, videos, diagrams, drawings, statistical data, as well as websites, social media pages, and the information contained therein, provided orally, in writing, electronically, or in printed form by the Seller – all of this constitutes the intellectual property of the Seller and/or its partners.

The Buyer undertakes to respect the rights of the Seller and its partners regarding the protection of intellectual property.
