K-SYSTEMS BALTIC OÜ (registry code 16877610, Lepa tee 4, Loo, 74201 Harju maakond, Estonia) respects your privacy. This policy describes what data is processed when you use kraabmod.ee and how we handle it.
What data we receive
We only receive the data you send us yourself through the website forms - the inquiry form and the visit booking form: your name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and your message.
A submitted enquiry is stored on the website server and at the same time sent to us by e-mail to info@kraabmod.ee and as a message to our internal Telegram chat, so that we see it right away. No user accounts are created.
The sender IP address is stored together with the enquiry - solely to tell genuine enquiries apart from automated spam. Enquiries are kept for as long as they are needed to reply and to continue working together, and are deleted at your request.
How we use your data
We use the data we receive only to respond to your request: to advise you, prepare an offer or arrange a showroom visit. We do not send marketing mailings and we do not sell your data.
To deliver the e-mail we use the mail server of our provider Zone Media OÜ (Estonia), and for the notification the Telegram service (Telegram FZ-LLC, UAE). Both act as data processors and deliver the message to us only. Your data is not shared with any other third parties, not used for advertising and not sold.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies - neither its own nor third-party - and therefore shows no consent banner. The only technical setting the site stores in your browser (localStorage) is your chosen colour theme; it is never sent to the server and cannot identify you.
Web analytics (Plausible)
For visitor statistics we use Plausible Analytics (plausible.io), a web analytics service that works without cookies. It does not collect or store personal data, does not build visitor profiles and does not share data with third parties; all statistics are anonymised and aggregated (pages viewed, referral source, country, device type).
Security
The connection to the website is protected by encryption (HTTPS). Inquiries are stored on the website server and are accessible only to the staff who handle them.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what data of yours we hold, and request its correction or deletion. To do so, write to info@kraabmod.ee - we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
